Head of Growth & BD 🔥 Priority
What you'll do
- Drive official onboarding of 10+ Chinese OEMs (Roewe, Zeekr, NIO, XPeng, BYD, GWM, GAC, Chery, Omoda&Jaecoo, Seres) — sign Editor's Pick placements and data subscription contracts.
- Build certified dealer networks across 5 markets (UAE / NL / TH / BR / AU) — own the lead-gen → sales pipeline end to end.
- Negotiate content partnerships with local KOLs, media, and video reviewers across all 5 markets.
- Represent CarIX at industry events — Dubai Motor Show, Guangzhou Auto Show, ASEAN EV Summit.
- Own three North Star metrics for the UAE pilot: MAU, signed brands, lead conversion rate.
Who we're looking for
- 8-15 years of auto-industry BD / commercial / sales experience — must have director-level relationships at OEMs or dealer groups.
- Ideal backgrounds: YallaMotor / Edmunds / AutoTrader / Autohome BD / NIO international BD / BYD overseas sales.
- Independently driven 6-7 figure USD contracts · Negotiated dealer commission models · Run a new-model launch campaign.
- Bilingual Chinese + English required · Arabic / Portuguese / Thai a plus.
- Thrives at high-density industry events · Converts leads with urgency · Data-informed without being data-bound.
